PAYMENT OPTIONS
Restore Vision Centers accepts credit cards, checks or cash. We also can oversee cumulative deposits until payment is completed. Additionally, we offer payment plans, some with no interest through Chase Health Advance and Care Credit.

Chase Health Advance offers Zero Down Payment and Zero Interest for 3, 6, 12, 18, or 24 months. They also offer extended payment options with low monthly payments and fixed interest rates. Care Credit

Company Flex Plan
Your company may offer a medical spending account, which allows you to set aside pre-tax dollars to pay for your medical expenses. Please contact us or your employer for more details.
Insurance Coverage
Many insurances are now paying part or all of the cost of laser vision correction. Insurance can range from 0 to 100% coverage depending on your personal health plan. We would be happy to check your benefits coverage for you. Just call one of our counselors toll-free at 1-877-508-2020. If you choose to check your own benefits, note that the procedure often falls under your medical coverage, not your vision plan.
