All packages include:
- A pre-operative evaluation and examination by one of our specialists or at one of our accredited co-management facilities
- LASIK or PRK surgery for both eyes at Restore Vision Centers
- Enhancement warranty
- Iris Registration for most Wavefront patients
- Post-operative care kit
- Protective goggles and sunglasses
- All applicable taxes

Payment Options
Restore Vision Centers accepts credit cards, checks or cash. We also can oversee cumulative deposits until payment is completed. Additionally, we offer payment plans, some with no interest through Chase Health Advance and Care Credit.
