To be a candidate for laser vision correction, you must meet these minimum requirements:

• Require contacts or glasses to correct nearsightedness, farsightedness, and/or astigmatism
• Be eighteen years of age or older
• Suffer from nearsightedness, astigmatism, farsightedness or a
  combination of these
• Demonstrate a stable prescription over the last year
• Have realistic expectations of surgical results
• Be free from current eye infection or retinal detachment
• Are not pregnant or nursing
• Are not dependent on glasses for reading only
• Are not presently taking Accutane (isotretonoin), Cordarone (amiodarone hydrochloride), or other specific medications. Please inquire for details.
